    Horrible ! Cut a 25 ft tree without securing the trunk and it slammed so hard when it fell I thought a bomb wet off....then they had a women with them in a pickup truck tie the trunk to the front of her bumper and they dragged it to the street! My property was destroyed! Unable to reach out to anyone - Voicemail was full. They left all the wood on my front lawn for a week before they came back to take it - then finally showing up wanted their money. fought with them over the damage and in the end deducted monies ...STAY AWAY!

    This was the most shocking disregard for safety and my personal property that I have ever seen. These people cut down a 50ft tree without securing it or trimming any branches and let it FALL ON MY HOUSE. When asked why they would do that he said he thought it would fall in the opposite direction. If that were the case, it would have fallen directly on power lines instead. The owner was unapologetic, defiant, and rude. As icing on the cake, the team also left a chain saw on my front lawn for my kids to find. Damage to the yard, damage to the siding. Damage to the gutters, and damage to the roof. Nearly $5000 total as assessed by my insurance company. I offered to give the chainsaw back if they return my $100 deposit. The owner refused and said they will buy a new one. These chainsaws retail for $400. My insurance company is currently working through the process to recoup the loss, but my hope is that the ************* area will be protected from the egregious incompetence that is BEST QUALITY *************
