    I would like to file a formal complaint against Lakeland Bus Company. Lakeland Bus is negligent private bus line that employ bus drivers who are rude, unprofessional and combative, this in turn prevents passengers from utilizing services paid for but not rendered. This couldn’t be more evident during an extremely unpleasant ride with a terrible bus driver(whom outright refused to provide his name when asked) during a ride on 09/19/25. The incident happened on bus #***** at approximately 1:57PM. The driver (hispanic male) was completely hostile and disgusting. I had my ticket with me inside of my bag and when l went to retrieve it he made veiled threats, he also got another gate attendant (hispanic male) in attempt to bully me of the bus. Another passenger witnessing all of this out of control behavior reached out to me and offered to pay for me on the spot. Mind you l had already paid for a ticket and it on hand but the awful driver did not allow for me to retrieve it. I have witnessed drivers on this libe who were professional and courteous and patient with passengers in presenting their tickets, this driver however was not. He and the gate attendant was contentious trying to escalate the matter and even threatened to call police if l didn’t step off the bus. The other kind passenger stepped in which is why they both backed off. I am requesting a full refund for this ride for services paid for but not rendered. I have include a copy of the receipt for the ticket. Drivers and other employees who act in this improper manner should not be employed in any capacity, the irrational and inappropriate actions of these two is grounds for termination. Passengers deserve better the the horrible and humiliating ordeal l experienced.
