            On 9-24-22 I purchased a 2013 Freightliner from Carr Automotive, total sale ********* Down paymentpayment ********* Trade in 2013 **** Escape, ***** On September '27***** Drove the truck home We use the truck for work For 8 business days On October 8 We had to stop driving the truck because of the aggressive Exhaust Fumes that were coming into the cabin. I called Carr Automotive Explaining the exhaust fumes that were coming into the cabin we were not able to drive the truck. So I drove around And found out the problem was, the Flex Hose connected to the Exhaust System On October 24 I returned the truck back to Carr Automotive So they tried to fix the truck with a part called Flex Hose , So it took them 2 weeks to Fine and Install part. On November 12 ***** to 11-18-22 . i Went to a Freightliner Dealership I was told The truck was under a Recall for the exhaust system So after that repair We drove the truck With the same problem it wasn't as bad but it was still overwhelming and made me sick. I had to return the *********** lost all my down payment of ******, If BBB could help me I would really appreciate it . Thanks again for your help

            I too purchased a car from there he did not work cars been in the shop for a week now and it's still not working somebody smokes in the car takes the car for joyride because the odometer was being watched and I keep getting the runaround as to what the problem is but yet no one can fix it the mechanic doesn't seem to know what he's doing I had an issue with tires and instead of them putting new tires on my car they put used tires on both tires were feathered as a result of bad struts or shocks or whatever is in the back he says no you have two bad tires it's impossible to have two bad tires that are feather and cupped that's a strut issue x mechanic here so I'm going to be following the complaint with the better Business bureau
