    Purchase 2 loveseats 3/1/2022, delivered 3/2/2022. Purchased amount for the two totaled $1,196.00 (includes tax). The problem is the arm frame on one end of one of the love seats is broken underneath the upholstery, if you lean on it, you hear it cracking. I've notified the store by phone twice and went to the store twice in the last 2 months and they advised they have an inspector who handles ************ and ********** so they have wait until the inspector comes. I've asked to be notified but haven't and now I feel my issue is being ignored in the hopes I give up. I would like it fixed or given a new one. The sales order was ******* , item # ******.

    I purchased furniture from the American Furniture in *********** **. The delivery crew was unable to get the sofa into my living room and ended up breaking my blinds, and put holes, indentations, and drags marks on my walls and ceiling. The delivery crew had initially left without acknowledging the damage they caused and hid the damage to the blinds by pulling them all the way up. The delivery crew bent the metal corner bead in the ceiling. *******, the salesman from American Furniture ****** in Springfield provided me his supervisor's contract information. His supervisor is ****, who works in American Furniture ****** in ****** **. **** had his contractor review damage. American Furniture's description of the damage is "some nicks and dirt". The damage to the metal corner bead alone exceeds the description of "some nicks and dirt". I sent **** a repair estimate provided by a contractor I had previously hired. **** doubted the legitimacy of the contractor I hired and the estimate my contract provided. **** requested that I provide my contractor's insurance information, which I did. Upon receiving it, **** immediately disregarded it. He stated that he only wanted to see if I'd actually send the insurance information. **** claimed the estimate was written on "loose-leaf binder paper". Their description is ****** generic and misleading. The estimate was written on ***** D8118 paper, which is a standard template for itemized proposals. I ended up taking the American Furniture of Springfield to court and won. They didn't send ****, ******** ***** or ****** contractor to court. Instead a salesman who has no ownership of the ******************** and someone who I never dealt/talked with before. I won in court. As of 9/2/2021, I have yet to receive any payment for the judgement against American Furniture ****** of ************ I've uploaded pictures of the damage to both Yelp and ********* For the ******** pictures, ****** "AmericanFurniture****** ********************* then click the Reviews tab.
