I had thought I had cancelled my subscription months ago, only to find that I had only paused it. To my surprise, I got an email today stating that I had a confirmed order and that my account had been charged $72.35. I never confirmed that I wanted that order or the items in the order, but I was still charged and have no way of cancelling an order I do not want (and frankly can not afford). I have attempted to cancel my account, which appears to have been done correctly, but I am unable to remove my shipping or card info. I have also reached out asking for them to cancel the order and to completely delete my account from their website but have received no response. Their FAQ states that once an order is placed, there is nothing that can be done to stop it. However, I feel that it is scammy to send an order to an account that hasn't been active for months.Business Response

Taking a look into your account history, it doesn't look like the account was initially cancelled, rather it was placed on a temporary hold. When that hold is about to expire, we'll send out an email to give you a heads up. We see that our ************* Team has responded to your email and refunded this order in full. They've cancelled your subscription as well so no additional orders are scheduled.

I had a charge go through to the wrong card and the wrong address. I am aware that I should have emptied my card before the deadline, but I have attempted to contact Misfits many times and have received no response. I need this charge reversed immediately, and their response time has been very poor. There is no way to call them or ensure that they see my messages in a timely way. The order went through 6 hours ago and I have been reaching out as of 3 hours ago. I need this dealt with immediately or they will be sending a box to an address that nobody lives at and have taken my money.Business Response

I only wanted to see the prices and assortment of products. I did not expect this scammy, predatory service to start charging me 1t 3:30 in the morning. I even went and removed all the products from basket once and now it is still being sent.I should have seen a big red flag when I had to enter my credit card only to check prices.I want my money back and I will dispute charges if I dont.Business Response

I scroll through Misfits website curious about their packages when I seen the prices. I was not impressed so I did not submit any authorization for payment. Nor did I agree to receiving any boxes from them. However, I received a charge on my bank account and an email stating that my package is on the way which I did not authorize. I have tried to reach out to misfit. Through their website and was told, I will receive a response via email with my concern. I did these 3 times and never got an email. My first order from Misfits was only partially delivered. I reached out to customer service on their app and its been several days since I have heard a response.I hate that Ive spent money on something that will never show up and I dont know if Ill ever get it back. I was looking at the services provided by Misfits Market and I unknowingly became subscribed to their service. I only realized it when I saw I was billed for the service. I want to cancel but I am unable to login to my account without resetting my password and they require a code to do that. However, they have not sent the code to my email and I have requested the code multiple times. Furthermore, the only way to contact them is through an email form and they never respond to the email forms that are sent to them. Terrible company. They auto ship orders without your knowledge. I never completed my order when I was looking to see what prices were. They just chatg3d me and are sending a bunch of s*** I dont want or can't eat. Then you can't reach an actual person. They trick poor people and just drained my bank account.
