They allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery for any order shipped within the Contiguous United States. Currently, they do not accept returns from Canada. Once you've processed your return, you will receive an email with your convenient FedEx return label to ship your item back to them for a refund minus shipping costs.
Although they offer free shipping, they do not cover return shipping costs. The customer's return cost will vary based on the product and will be displayed upon processing your return. They offer discounted pricing on all return labels to provide the best returns pricing to their customers.
