    I bought a heater at ******* and it doesn't work. I tried calling the 800 number in the book and it says it's no longer in service I called the company's number it's no longer in service ******* will not take back anything after 30 days you have to return it to the company *********** sells junk.I paid $30 and now it's going to the junk pile

    ************* Bought a garage heater that quit after 4 months. 1 year warranty. Zero support from company. No working phone numbers and no response to multiple emails. Dont buy any products from this company.

    After 24 hours and after leaving at least 7 messages with their **************** support to be connected to an Assistant, it repeatedly said there will be a 3-4 minute wait, and then, sorry but no staff was available to assist me and to leave a message, which I did over and over and over.I never heard from World and Main to receive help in installing their Comfort Zone CZHD60 Humidifier. I am so disappointed they did not care to call me back. Their enclosed instructions were tiny print and hard to read and were written in such a way that it was total confusion to set up the humidifier. I see now it was made in ***** and must have used their translation into English which made no sense.
