    Stay away from this company! Purchased a part for my Camaro 2SS. It was a carbon fiber rear diffuser at a cost of $1140 plus $190 for shipping. CARiD web site Guaranteed to fit, needless to say the part wasnt even close to fitting. Supplied them with photos of the poor fit and all other information required for the refund process. After 4+ hour on the phone and countless emails the refund was denied. CARiD blaming the manufacturer. It is impossible to check the fit without actually trying to attach the diffuser to the car. Paid $400 to a certified Auto Body Shop for the attempt to mount the new part. So the manufacturer claimed *** damage the part so they denied the refund and I had to pay another $190 to return their poorly misfitting part as part of their return policy. This companys GUARANTEE is as worthless as the companys morals. So buy all means AVOID CARiD!! Worst company *** ever done business with. Oh and they were nice enough to saythey will return me the part for another $190. What a great company??

    This was my first order with CARiD and it will be my last. There was nothing wrong with the item ordered, but when I ordered I was informed that if I ordered within the next six hours and some odd minutes, I would receive my item the following day. I placed my order on Thursday, June 19 well within their time frame. I received an email the following day that a shipping label had been printed - this being the day that I was due to receive my item. Bare in mind, I was paying over $25 for ***** shipping, which was advertised as overnight. I called the company's customer service line to express my unhappiness and to request that my shipping be comped. The man was very apologetic, but would not do anything to compensate me. I requested that we split the cost of the shipping. Again, the answer was no. I requested that they give me 20% off my item, but they would not. The item arrived on Tuesday, June 24, four days after I was supposed to receive it. I have never dealt with a company with such awful customer service and rest assured that I will never order from CARiD again.

    Absolutely horrific, they robbed me. Shipped rims and tires but lug nuts and tpms sensors missing, refusing to refund me for both. **************** ****** ******* and ****** are unprofessional. Management request and 6 days later no call back. They say they are HR and refuse to do anything further to assist me. They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

    5/30-Cardi did not display shipping charges for a part i order at the time of order processing. I could not go in and cancel the order after reviewing my receipt showing a shipping charge that cost just as much as the part. I contacted ******** (supervior) that provided no solutions or recommendations to try resolved this issue.Bad customer service. It's illegal to add charges after the process the order was submitted for a agreed cost. I will take this up and fight the charges with my bank. Never order from this company website that does not show shipping charges prior to purchase

    Purchased a $42 car part and was charged $175 for shipping. Should have been charged $18 for shipping, but CARiD customer service said they don't control shipping costs. They sell the same part on **** for $56 with free shipping. **************** and manager would not work with me on the shipping costs. Terrible customer service and overcharging for shipping.

    I will never buy from this company again!!!! I was totally mislead by the salesperson about the rims I chose. When I went to return the product I was told the shipping would be free, only to discover they charged me. After several attempts to talk to a manager, all I got was a run around. If your thinking of buying from these guys I would highly reconsider. They're a big company who hides and wont answer your questions hoping you will just disappear. Buyers be ware!!!!!!

    I bought new headlights for $250, plus the cost of installation. Right away, there was an issuethe headlights didnt come with the right harness, so after four hours of troubleshooting, I finally got them installed. Then, after just a little rain(same day), moisture built up inside the lenses.When I contacted the company, their only solution was to return the headlights. But what about the time and money I already spent on installation? What about the mechanics labor? Apparently, thats just my loss.With customer service like this, I wouldnt risk buying from them again. Its a ****** whether youll get a product that actually works, and if you run into issues, dont expect any real support. Terrible experience!!!

    False representation of a product, I recently ordered a dash cover. I ordered the cover based on the picture, the pictured cover has the center speaker hole cutout, the very reason I order this specific dash cover, so my dash center speaker wouldnt be covered. I received the dash cover, and the cover didnt have the center speaker hole cutout in it. I called Carid immediately, I was told since it was a special order item, I would have to wait for a response. I get a email saying the pic only represents the color of the dash cover. I asked how is that when you show several with the center speaker hole cutout and several without the hole cutout. I asked isnt that misleading to get people to order what they think is the specific dash cover for their car, and when it arrives there told its made with the center speaker hole covered to protect the speaker, and they do it to protect your speaker. Which is very misleading cause you by the one that isnt covering your speaker, so it doesnt sound muffled. I think theyre giving me excuses cause theyre probably showing a item that isnt made anymore, or they just messed up the order that takes 2 - 3 weeks to get to you after you order it anyway. I normally have good things to say about Carid, but this may be the start of me having to find a company that sell and send you exactly why the advertised and you purchased from them. Either way Im not happy about this dash cover..

    Ordered a set of headlights, over a two weeks with no shipping time or tracking info. Customerservicehad to "reach out to thw manufacturer" and get back to me with an updatewithin24-48hours. That updatenever came. Canceled the order and currently a week with no refund not even an email update. Tried to order a different set of headlights and same problem. The order has been pending for a week. **************** says they reached out to the manufacturer with no return status to me.... Buyer beware. This company should NOT be in business. I'd give negative stars if I could....
