    I used Pro Express LLC to move things from my daughters storage unit in ************* to ********. The quote I was given changed when the movers arrived at the storage unit. Some items were not in boxes like tricycle, cube, kids Jeep and some other odor toys. I was not planning on hiring anyone but moving the stuff myself. By the time I got a plane ticket, rented a truck and gas I decided to go with this company. I explained to them the best to my knowledge the items that were not in a box. They told me no problem. The day they arrived, they charged me another $1000.00 for boxes and labor. They said everything needs to go into a box. The items they placed in the box was a joke. So many items were delivered broken. My grandson had a firetruck bed and the headboard was damaged. The tricycle was damage, the bike was damaged. Broken dishes and glasses and they how they packed them was horrible. They charged me $25.00 a box and used wardrobe boxes. When the driver arrived, I noticed they had a ton of furniture pads which they only used 2 on two separate items. The money and stress was not worth it. I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone. Very short with you on the phone and very vague.

    Pro Express was wonderful! Ive had bad experiences with other moving companies. Everyone at Pro Express is knowledgeable, extremely nice, but most importantly, honest. I definitely recommend them using them.

    This company was selected by American ******************************* Services out of *******, **, supposedly a part of the same company, to move my 2 bedroom belongings from ** to ** approximately 190 miles. The estimate increased 4 times from the time it was quoted by ************************. Final bill of lading was written at the time of pick up by the driver, the day of the move and the only acceptable means of payment was cash, even though, I was told a Creditcard could be used. the lack of professional business practices, the rudeness of the driver and the movers, boxes that where lost, furniture that was broken and scratched, as well as demanding cash before the load in and the remaining due before they would take anything off the truck at delivery makes this review necessary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
