Plumber took advantage of an elderly home owner and over charged for a leaky cold water faucet. Had similar work done a year earlier for 300 less than what I was charged. Plumber arrived at house then disappeared for several hours before coming back to finish. I did reach out to the company to complain and was promised a refund. It has been 2 months and three phone calls looking for the status of the promised refund. The company promises to send check refund but never dose.Business response

This person said we took advantage of an elder person but we gave our normal pricing and did the job. Later the son was unhappy with the price but we never promised a refund. Again the price we charged was our normal rate.Initial Complaint

Refurbished AC unit was purchased including the installation and follow up servicing in July 2020. We were assured we would be under warranty for 2 years, the job was completed and paid in full. This May ****************************************************************************** smoke was noted coming from the new outside compressor unit. We have called for service repeatedly for 2 weeks now. I am disabled and the company has not responded. We are told they will get here when they can but no one ever shows up. This is a warranty service and we are being ignored.Business response

We do not have a record of servicing this person and we cannot remember the last time we were in *******. Also we only sell new **************** Systems but in the complaint they mentioned a refurbished unit, so this must have been done by another company and not us.
