Today I contacted All Computers Go in *******, ** to arrange a remote service call, as I've done a few times over the last few years. I had also bought my computer directly to their office for servicing once or twice. My main interaction has been remote service calls. The technicians I dealt with were efficient and knowledgeable and always resolved the issues that prompted need for service. The lever Umut Bitlisli today informed that I was no longer welcome as a customer citing reference to a missed call a few months ago. I vaguely remember the call but I believe it coincided with a family issue out of state. To give some context I was on "a pay as you go" plan to resolve issues I encountered. I felt the hourly rates were reasonable. Apparently All Computers Go has migrated to a monthly plan for businesses of my size. This is completely within their prerogative to do. When Umut did call me back after I posted my review of their service, he informed of a change by asking "can you afford $1000 a month ?"This was after reiterating why my business was no longer welcome at All Computers Go. My question to anyone reading this post is why was the conversation initiated by saying " we have to let you know that we no longer have pay as you go arrangements with customers". Our plans start at a $1000 month". This would have been an appropriate way to bring up the topic without insulting me by dismissing me as a customer accompanied with allegations that his staff complained about me. When I pressed for specifics he would not provide. Unut also referenced to me " I've helped you out a bunch of times ". 100% accurate statement. However I paid the associated charges and fees for those "bunch of times " A business under leadership like this should be avoided.

The last time we helped ********************* we concluded that we needed to get on a meeting to discuss what his company needed. He complained then that we couldn't meet with him right away, that he had to wait at least a day. Then he never scheduled a call. Then when I tried to reach him yesterday I couldn't and left him a message saying we could no longer service him after he requested a bunch of requests. He was never on a monthly plan with us but always expected service as if he was. Yesterday he threatened to bad mouth my business after he got my voicemail, here's his words, START OF QUOTE: I was informed by amut on voicemail that I am not welcome as a customer at All ****************** Go. I've been a customer for a few years. Amut referenced a meeting I did not attend ? I'm not sure what that is in reference to. If there is a misunderstanding we can resolve but to dismiss a long time paying customer via a voicemail messes is reprehensible behavior and something that can easily be shared via posting reviews of your business on yelp and social media platforms. Not to mention I have a long term presence in ******* and will be sharing this story. If someone wants to call me to clear the air I'd be happy to discus. Thank you. ********************* ****************** ************ ********************** END of Quote. I was pretty upset about him threatening my business and reputation as we actually never did any bad work for him. When I contacted him again, the first thing he said was "You FIRED ME." At which point I realized again that I didn't want to do business with him again. He's never nice, always impatient and my staff has enough of him. The last remote service call we did for him was done by me, and it's the first and last time I'll ever work for such a person who is bossy, mean spirited and thinks he can talk down to me and my staff. We have a no jerks rule at All Computers Go.
