    I can not emphasize enough how pleased I am with my new roof and the services promised, and delivered, by Benchmark Construction LLC. They clearly take pride in their work and took their time with meticulous attention to every tiny detail. And it shows in the end product; this roof is a masterpiece. The workcrew were professional, hard working, friendly, and respectful. They arrived on time, materials arrived on time and the work was done in an efficient manner. The cost was less than half of the highest estimate. This work involves a duplex with two separate ***** sq. ft. units with attached garages. Quoted price was $6,500 each side which included cost of labor, materials, removal of two layers of shingles, removal of 2 attic fans and installing ridge vents. Dumpster was separate fee. My side had extensive tree damage which brought my cost up to $7,200 which is still quite the bargain. A fair review should list both the pros and the cons. For the life of me, there is not one single negative in this experience. Totally drama free; yard is cleaner than they found it. And the roof looks fantastic.
