  I regret working with this company and urge others to look elsewhere for their home service needs.Allied Experts initially impressed me with their polished sales pitch and attention to detail. Unfortunately, once I signed the contract, everything changed. The project was plagued by poor communication, disorganized scheduling, and careless workmanship that made the entire process far more stressful than necessary.Despite paying a premium$12K compared to the $7K quoted by another contractorI found myself constantly following up. Appointments were missed or changed without notice. One crew showed up unannounced, even after I was told no one would be coming that day.The installation team left my home dirty, with insulation tracked through the house and black marks on the walls. The bathroom was left in an unsanitary condition, and one crew member made a vulgar comment in Spanish, assuming I wouldnt understand. The work itself didnt match what was promised: flexible ducting was used instead of rigid, attic boards were damaged, and foam insulation was poorly applied.Leaks developed soon after the install. Though they initially tried to blame existing infrastructure, a technician later admitted it was tied to their work. Even then, I had to push to get the issue resolved.While most of the issues were eventually fixed, it required constant oversight and effort on my part. I never felt like a valued customerjust someone managing their teams mistakes.If you're considering Allied based on appearances, think twice. I wont be working with them again.

  Theyve cancelled my appts time and time again, ask for manager and nobody calls back !!! Lost income from from loss of work for scheduled appt. Theyve cancelled !!! Its a shame use to have dependable people ( no more ). Customer for 10 years. Looking for a new HVAC.

  They may not know me but ive got a list of contact people who i have spoken too. ***** ********, **** , ***** as well as others. They even offered a discount on maint program, i can share e-mail theyve sent !!! To say that they have no info is ridiculious !!! I told lady to have manager call me but that didnt happen !!!! There phone number is ************ . Hiw come i know them but they dont know me ????

  I called for an emergency appointment because my heat and hot water wasn't working and they were the ones who installed my system. They gave me a time slot for 6-8pm. I left work early to make sure that I was home. After 2 phone calls and two hours past my window, nobody even showed up here or called me. So not only did I waste my time and lose money, my kids, dogs and I had to stay in a cold house on an 18 degree night with no hot water. No one even attempted to reach out or try and rectify the problem.

  Allied Experts takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to address this concern.On January 28, 2025, our technician arrived at the home to replace the boiler circulator pump. During the inspection, it was discovered that there were multiple leaks in the boiler piping. The interior circulator pump was replaced, but due to the leaks, the boiler was not turned back on. To ensure the best solution, a lead technician was scheduled to further diagnose the issue. The homeowner was not charged for the circulator pump.Upon further evaluation, it was determined that the boiler system required re-piping. However, multiple additional leaks were found, and a full boiler replacement was recommended. The homeowner approved the recommendation, and we replaced the old boiler with a new Velocity Boiler, re-piping it to the existing storage tank and system. After the installation, the system was tested, and no other faults were found. Both the storage tank and heating system were confirmed operational.This was a weekend service call, and despite the complexity of the issue, we had the homeowners job scheduled and completed within 48 hours of the initial visit. We are committed to providing prompt and effective solutions, and we are pleased that the issue was resolved efficiently.If the customer has any further concerns, we are always happy to assist.

  Allied Experts completed the full works on my home...they air sealed and insulated my attics, replaced my HVAC system and my hot water heater. From the time they walked through my door until they left they were friendly, professional, worked like well oiled teams and walked me through everything they were doing as well as treating my home as if it was their own. Thank you to Allied and the team members ******, *****, ****, ******, ***, **** and ************ for stopping by to check on the project. The whole process from start to finish went smooth!
