    I was given a credit amount on the CareCredit account to payoff at zero interest. That promo ending in November without me knowledge. When I received the bill for the remaining balance or about $3300.00 and a new charge of approx. $2400 in interest charge I immediately contacted the company. I was told paid off the $3300 balance in full and they would waive the charge. I did in fact paid the account in full on in December before the deadline (see attached screen shot). A few days later noticed the payment was stopped by my bank and I had to ok it for them to go ahead and put it through which I did. It was posted on Dec 28th. I contacted the company and told them what happened. They said no problem they would have the $2400 in interest waived via an exception. Since that date I have reached out no less than 5 times confirming the fee would be waived and was assured each time that was the case. The last time I contacted them was Jan 21th. I was getting concerned the fee was still there so this time I got a screen shot of the *** telling me not to worry the fee would be waived and the account would be paid in full when the next statement comes out on Jan 22nd. I checked on the 23rd (today) and its still there. Contacted them AGAIN and was told sorry nothing we can do you have to pay the $2400 fee. I explained several times that multiple **** from the company had committed to the fee being waived and even verified with that supervisor their own record of that communication shows the *** telling me it would be waived and paid in full (see attached screen shots). I was told by multiple CareCredit ***s over the course of a month and a half the fee was waived and now they will not do so even though they have clear record of their people telling me they have waived the fee.
