    June 19,2025 Meet with Christopher M. I am a senior citizen with MS and needed to remove carpet and put down flooring in all rooms because I use a Walker. I was anxious to this done. I didn't price flooring, cost of labor etc and M. took advantage took advantage of that. He required an $11,000 deposit to order material an 1000.00 to book the job. I tried to get my money back and he refused. I realized Id made a mistake. I asked him several times. Then he verbally said on the phone that he could get a lower grade flooring and altogether I would only owe him 2500. When he came with materials paper said i would owe him 2 payments of 2500. He fabricated cost of materials They were 3995. He charge 8000. He worked 4 1/2 days and charged me 8000 labor. He didn't do trim work correctly and their are high connections between rooms interfering with my walker. Estimate for repairs are 2000. M.  Became violent when I told him my son wanted to do a walk thru before final payment given. He was verbally abusive, cursing and me and I was fearful. He also took remaining 9 boxes of materials which I already paid for. I have 17 pictures of poor quality of work that was done. He was paid 14,000 and final payment withheld. Was not necessary for lg deposit product available in stock. He keeps messaging me. Thru email, text messages He needs to stop. unsure of amount to be refunded. Need email address to send paperwork
