      Benji T.  a personal fitness trainer representing GFXLT LLC, contacted me on 12/02/2024 via Instagram. He initiated a conversation with me about my "fitness journey" and suggested that we schedule a video call to discuss his program and see whether his training services would be a good fit for me. I agreed and we scheduled our call for 5:00 p.m. on 12/19/2024. We had our call as scheduled. He explained his approach to training, asked me about my goals, and then at the end of this hour long discussion he revealed that the price for his services would be $3,600 for 6 months of training. He then verbally pressured me, saying that I would have to sign up right then, during the call, or I would not have an opportunity to join his program. He also said he would lower the price to $3,200. I felt high pressure from him to agree. He then pressured me sign up for a payment plan via ****** with an exorbitant interest rate, insisting I do so while on the call. After I had done so, he sent his enrollment contract for me to sign. However, I did not sign the contract and did not enroll in his services or sign any agreement to hire him. On 12/20/2024, I called ****** to cancel the payment plan, which was a finance loan. A representative informed me that I would need to call the vendor and have the vendor cancel it. I contacted Mr. T. and informed him that I could not sign his contract, did not wish to enroll in his services, and asked him to cancel the loan. He refused, claiming to have spent all $3,200 in less than 24 hrs. I filed a dispute with ******. They ruled in Mr. T. favor, stating that he provided proof that I agreed to Terms and Conditions. He never presented Terms and Conditions to me, nor did I sign any document of his. I didn't enroll in his services, nor has he provided any training services. I want him to cancel the loan with ******.
