Payment methods
The deposit can be made by personal check, certified check, money order, credit card or with bank wire transfer.
Balance is due within five business day of pick up day in the form of a personal or business check, money order, cashier's check or wire transfer and made payable to Earth Relocation. 
Refund and Exchange Policy
A cancellation must be confirmed via email or fax within six business days of a scheduled pick-up date in order to be eligible for a deposit refund.  Refunds are processed wihtin thirty days after cancellation is confirmed. 

Cancellation Policy:
*  Within five business days, Applicable charges of merchant fees and Fifty percent of the payment deposit.
*   Within six or more business days, Refund of full payment less merchant fees will be applicable if any.
