    Babaco Alarm Systems doesnt help their customers make a good decision on their product choices. The only information they gather is your make and model of vehicle, the price to pay and your credit card information so when you go its already an appointment for an installation of a product you know nothing about. They dont advise or ***** if certain type of lock or system will work for their clients, once you are in their shop its an installation day where you are being charged up front and obligated to pay for labor without a prior proper explanation with the excuse that the product was ordered based on the make and model of your vehicle. They assume you know their product. Not all the lock systems work for every customer and until you do your KYC profile(know your customer) then you can advise accordingly. Babaco doesnt do that! We are stuck with a defective product that we dont trust with the hopes that it locks properly and the items are not stolen. Weve been back and forth with emails to get the locks removed and a refund provided, but they have been reluctant to help. Attitudes and bad customer service from the staff is all weve received. We need those locks removed as they are unreliable and we dont trust their product. We want the locks out and a refund for a product and service that were not properly installed and service provided.
