From the beginning to end with billing, this place cannot do ANYTHING right. My son was admitted due to severe intoxication, and was moved into the behavioral unit. As we live 2 hrs away, and our son was a minor, we required to stay. He was moved into a place with a curtain, and my husband and I were left to sleep in waiting room chairs. The contracted social worked was given eleven (11) counties closer to our home to move our son to. During the three days there, he did not try looking into any of them. The garbage cans were constantly overflowing as no one would empty them. My son went to the bathroom and told me there was f**** and urine in the toilet and it was totally unsanitary - he preferred to use a disposable urinal afterwards. He was not given food. With the exception of the nurse on the 3rd day )**** shift) who introduced herself, no one provided us with a name or even the standard: here is your call button and here is how to adjust your bed. The curtain was drawn back announcing we were being moved as tested positive for COVID - no mask on the nurse. The psychiatrist literally called it in - no eye contact, called my son by the wrong name. We not given any food, and I was not allowed to leave the area and anytime to go to the bathroom, was reminded how I was interrupting the pt care person at the desk from texting on her/ phone, Ans continued billing issues due to lack of communication from the team. There is no respect for the patient - which is the #1 job of the provider. I was out there last fall and told my husband I would rather die than be taken to that hospital. And I know care - I am a nurse, Please shut this place down - it will do society a favor. With I could give zeo stars
