I am not able to leave no stars ! One of the worst companies I have ever delt with. They are quick to take your money but could care less about you or the services they claim to provide. The first claim took almost 2 months and of course with no contact from them. Now on 4/12/24 I filed a claim paid my claim fee ( you don't pay your fee you don't get to file a claim) and I received one text message from Keepe saying they are not going to accept the work order and canceled it, telling me to contact AWR. So every day for the last 7 days I have contacted them , I have been lied to so many times regarding the service call and they do not know who will be doing it. But they ALWAYS say "as soon as possible" I have NO heat it was 32 last night high today 52 and they DO NOT CARE. They make sure they get your monthly fee and service fee immediately. When I spoke with a supervisor named ***** and asked for her boss's contact info she replied " I don't have that information". First I have a failure resulting way back in 2021. NOW, I have been trying since February of this year, 2024, to get AWR to make contact with a plumbing service!! COMPLETE FAILURE again!! I was told to wait on the plumbing company to call me. NEVER HAPPENED. Then, the last time I called I was told "your team" would have to search for another plumbing company to come out. That NEVER HAPPENED. MY water and sewage bill have totalled over a thousand dollars a month since February. It's an outside leak. My husband and I are in our 70's. Would AWR like to pay my bills?? I was also told if I get someone to repair, on my own, AWR would not pay. Apparently this so called service is a waste of time, lying to the customer. DO NOT tell me someone has reached out to me because that would be a lie!!American Water Resources, LLC Response

I placed a claim on 3/25 that still needs to be fixed. I told them I was willing to pay the cost of $3,000 to fix it if they would reimburse me, and they said no because they assigned it to Keep.com Between the back and forth between the two companies, the water that was before just on the back close to the fence is now to the house. I am sure they are waiting for me to get desperate and fix it on my own so they don't have to pay. This company shouldn't have an A- It should be an F-American Water Resources, LLC Response

I think American Water has too many loopholes. Are outside faucet was leaking and I called American Water, and they said that we had no coverage for that. I have a full coverage plan. I had to call an outside plumbing company for the situation. They said the problem was an ***************. I have coverage for that. American Water said there is no coverage because it is leaking outside. The problem is the inside pipes that are causing the leak. They said because it's coming from the faucet outside there is no coverage. I don't understand why this is not covered under our full coverage plan. Now we have to use our own plumbing company and pay $3,000. I am so unhappy with American Water. We will be looking around for another company that can give us decent coverage. I am very frustrated with both *** and the local plumber ( ************** that was assigned to my project.I called AMR on Saturday 04-13-24 at about 10;30am to report a sewage back up in one of my basements ( this is a rental property) The *** person did their job and put my claim in and that I would be contacted "Shortly" by ************* and given an ETA on the Job. After not hearing from ******* &Son for 24 hours, I tried on Sunday to contact the plumbing company (******* &Son) to check on an ETA, ONLY to get a voicemail which "stated " The voice mailbox is FULL and cannot receive any more messages at this time. WOW this is not a good thing. I then called AMR again and was told that they did indeed reach out to ************* AGAIN and was told that ******* would call me. ******* then called me back to inform me that they are BOOKED SOLID until FRIDAY 04-19-24 ( Wow 6 days later)I called AMR "AGAIN" and asked to speak to a "SUPERVISOR" I was told that his supervisor was "BUSY" and he would call me back. Long story Short I paid $150.00 to another company to snake out my main drain and NEVER received a call back from ***, I am not a HAPPY Camper since I have over ************************************* my opinion AMR needs to be more accountable for the service or Lack of service from their vendors *******************American Water Resources, LLC Response

I have had this service for many years. This year I have called twice to get re-enrolled, and have yet to have it happen. Each time I call or chat, I get a contract number and $ amount. But I never get enrolled. I am done!***********************American Water Resources, LLC Response
