    "I purchased a Rav 4 Hybrid from another dealership, due to Liberty Toyota being 8 mins from my home, I call for oil change, I went onto website and read what is required for my vehicle, I spoke to a service REMOVEDand gave her my VIN # for my vehicle, I was told one price but when I bought my vehicle in, everything change, I believe I was taken advantage of and I will be contacting Toyota REMOVEDwith my concerns, Also they move stuff around in my vehicle without my knowledge and this will be spoken about when I contact REMOVED, I have had many cars and took my cars in for service, this is the first time my belongs have been moved, and I don't appreciate stranger going thru and moving my items around, this is my vehicle I pay for it and I should not be told where my belongs should be.
