Each Fisher Boat Cover is manufactured to fit your boat
according to the measurements made by the business. The business determines fit to mean when properly
installed on the boat for which the cover is intended. If, for any reason and
determined by their sole discretion, your cover does not fit correctly, FCP will
alter or replace the cover at no cost to you provided the cover has been paid
for in full. Alterations or repairs will be made at the time discovered or in
the following spring depending on the extent of the problem. No alterations or
replacements will be made if any balance is owed. Covers returned for such
reworks should be freight paid to their factory, Burlington, NJ. Delivery of
shipping to you after rework will be paid by FCP.

The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free
from defects at the time of manufacture. They do NOT warranty normal wear,
weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. Since life is
dependent on many conditions of care, environment, weather, etc., Fisher Boat Covers
are not guaranteed to last any length of time. Their opinion is that your
cover WILL last approximately eight to ten winter seasons given proper care.
The Fisher Boat Cover must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for
the purpose for which it was intended.
