My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this company. After having it for a few weeks, the sensor light for the engine turned on. We called the dealership and we were told to bring it in so they can take a look at it. Also, we noticed a grinding in the brakes and asked to have this checked - ONLY CHECKED! After checking the engine sensor they told us the sensor was no good and a new one was ordered. We called every day for 2 weeks and were told that the sensor light repair part was not in. The final call came 2 weeks in when we decided we were going to just pick up the truck because it was long enough. We were then told that the brakes and rotors were fixed without our consent. They said they would give us a deal on this because it was their error - $500. We say no, we do not have that extra money laying around. They then say they will remove the brakes and rotors and replace them with the old brakes and rotors. We say no because how do we know what brakes and rotors are actually going to be put back on our truck. They drop the price to $350, we finally say we will come pay that because we just want the truck back. They also say that they are told the sensor part will not be in for another 2 weeks. The issue is, this was their error. I believe the company should not have charged us at all and I believe we deserve to be reimbursed (the receipt shows $500 but we did pay $350.) We paid cash $17,000+ just weeks prior for the purchase of the truck. AND we have never heard back from them regarding the sensor replacement and its been a month also the transmission is now not shifting right so we are going elsewhere to have that checked.
