      This company fabricates lies about other extended warranty companies to get your businness. For example they told me that carshield was in a classaction suite. Is this the kind of company that you are looking for

      No stars. I'm not sure who to blame. But I gave my personal bank info to exclusive national auto club. I have an Endurance car warranty. On Jan 3rd, I paid Endurance for 2 months bc I missed Dec's pymt. They have a 3rd party Mepco whom you make pymts to. I asked about getting back on auto pay and was told by mepco I wld have to call Endurance. When I called Endurance somehow I was talking to someone from exclusive national, who stated that my contract w/Endurance was null and void. I was confused and ended giving by info to exclusive national. We hung up. But it wasn't sitting right with me. So I called Endurance back and spoke with Nate (acct mgr). My acct was in good standing. He stated some companies buy phone #'s. I got angry when he said this bc in order to buy Endurance had to be selling. He offered me a free month. Told me to call exclusive national and cancel my contract. I so angry at this point but I call exclusive nat'l back and demand they cancel my contract and send me an email stating it's canceled. So far I have not received the email stating the cancelation. They were quick to send me an email to a link to log into their site.

      I think I have been scammed by Exclusive National Auto club. I was calling to pay my bill with Car shield and this guy answered and tells me that Car Shield has sold me a policy that does not cover my car. So they tells me that Car shield will refund me back for the months I was with them . So I cancelled Car Shield thinking I was talking to someone from Car Shield and all the time it was National Auto ********** how they intercepted the call. National ********* drafted a payment out of my bank without my consent. I called them to tell them I want my money back on my card. They tell me it will be 72 hours before it goes back on my card. I just want to cancel this policy with National *********.
