    I keep having several issues with the H2D Bambu printer from INNOADDI, from adhesion to spaghetti and so many failed prints again and again. Parts have been falling off this printer from the start. This shouldn't keep happening with a brand new machine. I believe I have a lemon and would like for ********** to replace a machine that doesn't work. The sales representative refused to take care of my issues in the beginning and only offered trouble shooting tips. Now we are passed the return date but under the 1 year warranty. This 3D printer should have been replaced with a working 3D printer in a beginning as it has never worked properly from the start but the sales person has not been helpful with this process.

    We have been continuously willing to assist the customer under the manufacturers ****** warranty. However, the customer has not provided any of the required diagnostic information (clear photos, error codes, or a self-test result) despite multiple requests since October. This information is mandatory for Bambu Lab to approve repairs or replacements.The product is well past the 30-day return window, but still under warranty. We remain ready to file the warranty claim immediately once the customer provides the required documentation. At this time, we cannot proceed because no diagnosable information has been supplied.
