    They had my car for 3 days and recommended a battery, air filter and air sensor. They said if I wanted them to complete the service it would be $1,100.00. After I refused the service they charged me $299.00 for a Diagnostic. This place will over charge you for services.

We apologize if this was not communicated from you to your son who we never had any interaction with.When you first called, you said that two people told you that your fuel pump was bad and the car did not start. We told told you that we would have to run diagnostics to determine the problem and gave you price range on what it would cost to do it. You towed the car down here, we did the diagnostics and we sent you the results of the testing which ended up having nothing to do with the fuel pump.When it comes to diagnostics, our technicians use specialized equipment to accurately pinpoint issues within a vehicle. The charge for this service covers the time and expertise required to perform these tests. We regret any misunderstanding about the necessity and value of this service.After we sent the results of the testing, your son called us up and accused us of ripping you off. You paid the bill online and you then had the car towed out.Charging for unperformed work is not something that we do, ever. The fee paid was for the diagnostic services rendered as agreed upon. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. As you can see from over 390 ****** reviews and a 4.7 average star rating, we do a pretty darn good job most of the time.But every now and then customers go away unhappy.
