1 starI booked with them only because they promised onboard credit for a cruise. My paperwork had them promising $550 credit. They gave me $100. The first time I used them they forgot to give me any of the promised onboard credit.

5 starsWe have had nothing but amazing experiences with Dreams. Not only is our agent responsive they go out of there way to save us Money. They brought one vacation down over $1000 with out me having to ask. All communication is done over email and while I could do some of the same things on my own I like being able to know it is taken care of for me. 5 starsWe have traveled with Dreams as our agents well over 10 times. I am continually impressed with their attention to detail and their mission to find you the lowest price. We have had vacations come down in price EVERY time we book. Last year ********** agent found us well over $1,000 in discounts after booking! While on board we had a large issue that was cruise related and even though it was not their fault, they fixed it for us while we were at sea! I HIGHLY recommend Dream Unlimited Travel. 5 starsWe just came home from an Adventures by ****** trip to Southern ********** and **********! Our agent was amazing this trip had been planned for 2020 and, obviously, was canceled. Our agent made sure we were able to book the experience we wanted as things opened up. We also learned from our ABD guides that parts of our experience were plussed because of the relationship between ABD and Dreams Unlimited! Well definitely book with them again!Review fromChris J

I have worked with four different agents in that time based on the expertise of the agent for the travel product that I was interested in booking. They have been by my go to travel provider for 8 ****** cruises, 5 Adventure by ****** trips, 3 Viking Cruises, an NCL and a Celebrity cruise.Review fromRobert K

In my experience, most of the travel agents have responded quickly, have listened to my concerns and requests, and have had interesting and helpful suggestions. 5 starsI travel for a living and make all of my own travel arrangements. But for ****** it is so helpful to have an expert help navigate the ever-changing discounts and rules. Have used Dreams primarily for ****** cruises. They have handled nearly 30 cruises for us and counting the cancelled pandemic cruises over 30 itineraries. Our agent always has backup if she is away. And she fields ****** travel questions unrelated to our bookings. Someday I hope to meet her to say thank you.
