      I am not liable for this debt with THE GREENS II, I do not have a contract with CAPITAL SERVICES,they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Capital Service has received and will provide the request information back in a timely manner.

      The initial review of the claim with Capital Services shows a request for Itemized statement was made prior and sent on 04/28/2020.

      on 10/20/2021 the consumer contacted Capital Services, opted into Capitals SMS communication service with a Capital customer ********************** agent. 

      on 07/14/2022 the consumer attempted to provide payment info to our automated chat bot in the amount of $100.00. The payment transaction had an error and was unable to process.  

      on 08/24/2022 the consumer attempted to provide payment via Capital's Online web portal with a check in the amount of $2028.00. This check was presented to the bank and returned to Capital for insufficient funds 08/31/2022.

      on 10/08/2022 the consumer again attempted to provide checking information via Capital's online web portal in the amount of $2063.00. This check was presented to the bank and returned to Capital 10/10/2022 for insufficient funds. 

      Again, Capital Service has received and will provide the request information back in a timely manner through the BBB response portal.

      I keep receiving repeated calls from this number and I do not have any collection that whatsoever. I don't know why they keep calling my home and when I tried to call them back I always get an answering service. I want my number immediately removed from their contact list. Cease and desist contacting my telephone number ************.

      I reviewed e calls from these people from different phone numbers trying to collect for medical casts that I dont owe. Will be filling harassment charges if it continues and if these bogus demands are not removed from my credit history.

      This business keeps calling me from all sorts of number, even though I block the number, they will find a new phone number to call me from. The message always is the same, "please call back Capital Services at this or that phone number". Doesn't say what it is regard to. I tried calling one time and got an automated message that won't let me talk to a person. It asks for an account number, and last 4 digits of SSN. I have no idea why they are calling or what account they are talking about. I do not have any debts, however my mother just passed and she had some debts, so I'm wondering if it is for her. I called and let all her debtors know she has passed, but I am not responsible to pay her debts. Please have them stop calling and harassing me. Thank you!

      Capital Services had the number provided in the complaint under a different name then provided with this correspondence. As the information provided in the complaint, it is possible that the number called was in regards to their mother. Capital Services will removed and cease any future communication to the number in question.

      I keep getting new bills from Inspira Health Network, However I have paid ALL invoices pertaining to any services I have used. The remaining balance is NOT correct and I wish to have it wiped away and to not be contacted regarding it.
