Refund and Exchange Policy

Return / ExchangePolicy & Customer Satisfaction
If you areunsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange itwithin 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.Some of their vendors may be excluded from their return policy. Any exceptionsare noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics orcolors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are alsonon-refundable and can't be exchanged. To return items for an exchange orrefund please contact the business via email or phone for an RMA (ReturnMerchandise Authorization). They ship items from multiple warehouses across theUnited States. Therefore, they need to be contacted so they can provide thecorrect return warehouse address. All returns are subject to round tripshipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," they willcharge their actual outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason aresubject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there isan exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Roundtrip shipping charges will still apply. Returns are only accepted in theiroriginal boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, itis no longer returnable but may still be exchanged. Special order products suchas items where fabrics can be selected are non refundable.
You may cancel yourorder without charge. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must beprior to production. If the order is for a stocked item, cancellation must beprior to shipping. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mindthat your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy and specificManufacturer rules (see the Product Page or call us for details).
Returning a Purchase
Please contact thebusiness and include your original order number, what product(s) you arereturning, and your name. You will be given an "RMA Number," a returnaddress, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been firstauthorized cannot be accepted.
Wrap the packagecarefully. All returned products must be in their original condition andpackaging.
Return the productusing your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution centeraddress they provide. Returns sent to their administrative offices cannot beaccepted.
It is importantthat they know when your return is expected. Please save your return trackingnumber, and email it to them. They need this in case there are any issuesduring transit.
The businessrequests you do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit cardcompany while waiting for them to completely process your request. Refundprocessing involves several steps, some that they cannot control, so please bepatient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on thecard you used.
Please Note: Otherthan a return or exchange due to an error on their part, the business cannotrefund shipping and handling charges.
All returnedproducts must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, ifproducts have been assembled or modified, they cannot take them as returns. Also,restocking or repacking fees are charged by some manufacturers and warehousesto cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement. Finally, certainproducts cannot be returned because the suppliers cannot take them back, suchas those customized to your specifications.
