    The worst service I have been able to take, they do not make adequate specifications about documents to be translated. I lost $111, and my date because of your lack of diligence.

    Unfortunately, this client did not let us know her translation requirements in advance. This, in turn, caused a rejection which could have been easily avoided. Nevertheless, we offered a solution to her but she has not responded to us.

    Not only D&T translations did a great job at translating my documents, but they even went out of their way to help me with something that was not related to their field of work.Pros: Quality translation Reliable and prompt email communication Respectful and attentive Cons:These guys went far and beyond to genuinely help me with my issue, spent their time and resources to find and gather information for me from the internet.
