5 starsYesterday we had ***** Mercedes come to our house in ********************, and although every man that's come to service our property from Viking has been wonderful, ***** was truly great. He not only went above and beyond for us by checking every single minute thing that I was concerned may be an issue, but he played with our dog while we chatted. Really made me feel like he was an independent exterminator and not working for a large brand because he was so down to earth and genuinely lovely, and you don't get that very often. ***** truly loves what he does and loves helping his customers, and it shows. Every company needs more Cesars working for them!!!
