      ***** this company to manage marketing/social media/create content/design and manage website. They have been billing us for bogus items and other items which they do not deliver. They have been completely scamming us and have barely delivered anything on the services we contracted them to do.

      First and foremost, this is a business-to-business transaction, not a consumer-to-business. 

      That said, the company that came to us about getting our services received everything they requested and then some. We built a beautiful perfectly functional website, our team came several times to shoot videos and pictures even though only one time was agreed up on per invoice, addditionally, we built out a wireframe for a *** which one of the people in the company decided to go with a different solution in the middle of the build out. The *** is ready to go and client did not want to accept it but we already did the bulk of the work There are some items that need to be finished which we will gladly do. The agreement signed by the company is a subscription of the service for 12 months and there are no exceptions and no refunds as per the terms and conditions for which the customer signed. Lastly, the person putting in the complaint we have never spoken to nor was he involved in the transaction. We offered the company ******** a noble ceparation. They declined and said they will have their lawyer deal with this. Our law division is ready and standing by to deal with this and we will go after the entire amount owed to us. Unfortunately, this entire complaint is an attempt to defame us and get away from paying what they owe, we do business with thousands of companies and everyonel oves us!
