    *** *******, the owner and sole proprietor of this upholstery shop took a $350 deposit and a chair that was sentimental to my family on 10/2/24. I was told it would be reupholstered in 5-6 weeks. When the 5-6 week timeline came and went, I contacted *** and was told that it was not ready yet. I was then given a new date of 2/21/25. That date came and went. I was then told his mother passed away and he needed more time. I was then given a 3/15-3/25/25 timeline. That week came and went without any communication as per usual. I reached out once again and was told 4/5/25. That day came and went once again without a delivery or any communication. *** then stopped communicating all together. I have still not received the chair or my deposit back. *** is a scam artist, liar, and altogether terrible business owner.
