- CANCELLATIONS \ RETURN POLICYBlank Items- Customers can return blank items within 15 days if there are any problems with the items (color, material, etc).Personalized Items- Once a personalized item is ordered, customers may only cancel the order up until approval of the proof. Once customers take delivery of the item and approve the proof the item may not be canceled unless:- The company shipped you the wrong item no.- Imprint color or item color was incorrect- A deadline that was promised was not met due to powers in the company's control.Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on the order. Customers must provide contact information so that the business may contact you with questions in regards to canceling the order.Canceling or Changing Artwork Policy - After an order is placed, customers will have an opportunity to approve you artwork one final time before artwork enters production. Once customers approve the artwork and the order enters production, the company's team will work on it immediately.Prders are processed in the following steps:Order placed online Artwork Approved Production Begins Item Gets Printed Item Ships The following policies are applied based on when customers try to cancel\change an order:Order Placed Online - Customers may cancel for no charge at any time. Artwork Approved - After approving artwork, customers may change artwork for a $38 fee. Once Production Begins - Customers may cancel the order for a $38 fee up until the very first item is printed. Item Gets Printed - Once the first item gets printed, customers may cancel the order but will ONLY be refunded shipping costs. No other costs will be refunded. Item will be destroyed. Item Ships - Once the item ships, customers can NOT cancel the order for any refund. If delivery is refused, customer will NOT be refunded at all.
