    on 7/8/2024 was the purches of 2024 land hero Lh400 with .4 hours on it. on 7/27/2024 was the first time i put it to work at 1.5 hours the motor started to surge up and down as if it wasnt getting not enough gas. i call ***************************** ower of mini diggers he told me to check the oil and change the gas filter so i did put oil in and i did change the filter at about another 1.5 it started to do it again so i changed the fule filter again and it was also tracking to the right and not going straight so i called **** again i also told him about a gas leak from the gas tank vent he said he would figure somthing out and get it back to his shop to work on it he had someone pick it up on8/2/2024. on 8/3/2024 he text me and said its not acking up for him i sent him text of the recording of what it sounded like surgeing in and out like a lack of gas. he said he woud run it somemore.he did say the tracks are lose and needed to be tightened up.i went back to pick it up 8/4/2024 **** tighten up the tracks and when we went to start it the battery was dead and needed to be boosted when i got it home it was running good until the track adjuster on the left side broke and pushed it through the plate holding it in the under carrage now it doesnt move it has 5 total hours on it. ** tried contacting **** on multiple occasions and on different platforms he will not contact me back. with all that has been wrong with it i wanted to run the vin number to see if its a ****** from the passed but there isnt a vin number on it . i just want all my money back it has issue afer issue and it only has 5 hours on it . he said he serviced it just before i picked it up i feel **** has decived me all the way around on this hole transaction and i just want my ******* back its junk and he is dishonst.
