            Got a roof leak. I call McPhail. They came down to assess the leak. They didn't do a water test and they claimed that the current roof I had, which is only five years old, was installed improperly. They recommended I install a new roof with them. I paid them $2500 and it supposed to come with a warranty. A week later the roof leaked in the same spot again after they installed it. They came down and inspected the roof and couldn't figure out the issue. So they install sloppy flashing on the upper roof wall junction. Then sometime later, it started leaking again...same spot. They came down and found no problems and no solutions. I emailed Ron my complaint with pictures. I had four leaks since his installation. He denies any responsibilty, says his work was done correctly, and believes the leak is on the upper roof.

            McPhail Siding and Roofing is a great company. We had our entire house re-roofed several years ago with efficiency and quality work. The bill was as estimated! Recently had a tree fall on the roof and Mr. McPhail responded immediately. Also had to have a small roof repaired because of an old poorly applied roof. The job was done in one day, area cleaned up by the crew, and the bill was just as estimated! We will certainly hire again if needed. * and * *******
