    Here are the responses we got from Coldsprings and the warranty company.   
    Thank youere camping with all our relatives (family reunion), and everyone left their awning up during this hour-long light rain. No other camper had any trouble except ours. Cold Springs told us to go through our insurance company to get the awning paid for. However, we think this is bad business! Our insurance company should not have to pay for a brand-new awning that was literally rained on, the first time we used it. Our last camper, a Passport Ultra-light had an awning 10 years old, was left open during light rain and never gave us a problem. We gave this company $45.000 of our hard-earned money and expected them to keep their word on the warranty. Now they are trying to "wiggle their way" out of paying for an awning that was obviously defective. Honestly, it feels like we bought a lemon. The awning, refrigerator, floor, shade, and curtain all "broke" on our first trip out. Thank you for helping us with this problem, we only want our awing fixed. We need to winterize our camper

    I did get in touch with them and they reimbursed me for repairs. Thank you for you helphem.i had water leak fixed i paid for that still have no power i check awning set s**** was never tightened on awning needs a new arm i ordered that it is just hanging down now.i am not asking for anything special just want it fixed and reimbursed for what i paid for
