If the delay is their fault, or the carrier's fault, Yankee Farmer's Market will replace your order or refund your money. However, if the delayed or failed shipment is due to a purchaser error (Incorrect address, refused deliveries, stolen or damaged package after delivery, etc), they will not refund or replace the shipment.
