    Old buildings
    Good size apt, but there are old appliances, refrigerator, stove etc. It gets devastatingly HOT in the spring and summer, the sliding glass door in the southern exposure, is old, faded, and inefficient for keeping cold and heat out.
    The floors are super cold in the winter. They were not insulated properly when they were built.
    The woman up stairs flushes her toilet above my dining room and it sounds like a waterfall pouring into the dinging room
    Pretty steep fine, 55$.for
    Well many things. First few days I moved in I unlocked the door went to CK my mailbox. I walked back and tried to open my door it was locked!
    I never lived in an apt before. In my Florida home when I unlocked my door it was UNLOCKED. But here and no one told me that I would have to unlock the door and turn the inside knob to actually unlock the door.
    The Manager/Director of this place, seems not to be able to handle the stress of the everyday job here.
    She brings people to court and tries to evict them. You might say she is a bully.
    She said that she owns these properties but I can not find anything to back that up.
    So, I am from Southern NH, i want to be closer to my family and friends 54 miles away. This was all that was available at the time I needed a place to live.
    I'm a hick, I like small town charm, less traffic, less gossip, less trouble makers, just a peaceful, ( not under a microscope feeling) so I can live quietly and do my thing
