    I dropped my car off to Nucar on 7/17/25 and they told me they would have it at their collision lot by that friday and if they didnt call to call them to confirm my car was there. They didnt call so I called them and they told me it arrived at their lot. The following monday i received a call from Nucar saying they didnt know why my car was there so i called them back. They told me my car was never brought to their collision lot. I then called their service center and they wouldnt answer. I then called progressive who called them and confirmed my car was not there. Progressive called the shop again once i asked why they lied to me about my car being their the previous friday and the shop said my car just arrived to their lot. They have had my car for two months and have had me pick it up twice with broken wheel bearings which is negligence on their part and they had me drive the car with broken wheel bearings right back to their collision lot. They never properly test drove the car to ensure it was safe for me. They dont call with any updates i have to keep tracking them down. After the second time of me dropping my car off with the same wheel bearing issue, they said it was a different wheel bearing that was broken and they were waiting for the part. I then saw they took my car to someones house in **********, as its a new car and has GPS. they took it back to the shop after an hour or so but I waited 4 days with no update so i called again. They said they fixed the wheel bearings and that there was now an issue with the rear tires and they were waiting to see if it was under warrantee but I could pick up my car. I said if there is an issue with the rear tires why would i drive the car? They said they would provide me an answer on the warrantee this monday 9/8 and they never called. I tried calling the collision center and the receptionist said she would try reaching out to service. Service has not provided and answer and they wont call me back.
