    I hired Ray B****** to install a new fence with concreted posts in October 2022. I paid $3987.00 for the installation and removal of the old fence. In January 2023, I messaged Ray through Facebook to inform him that the fence was falling over and had broken posts. He agreed to fix these in the Spring. I ran into Ray at a local restaurant twice since the message in January, and he confirmed that he would be by to fix the fence. On March 24th, he messaged me that he would be by on Tuesday, March 28th to fix the posts. He never showed up. I had to hire someone else to fix the fence for $1420. This person informed me that there was not concrete in any of the 9 posts! I messaged Ray and sent him pictures. I requested that he pay me the $1420 that I had to pay to correct the fence which was in a message sent on April 13th. I have not received a response since then.

    Seal Kings Owner Ray took a $2,5000 deposit from me to start a landscaping/paving job in July. Ray never showed up and never started any work at the property. I tracked him down and he returned $1,500 with the promise that he would return the remaining balance of $1,000 within the next 2 weeks. He never returned the $1,000 balance and will not respond to calls or texts.
