            I contacted this company for transportation to Logan Airport for 4 adults, one of whom is physically challenged. I was told by the owner that his sedan would be fine for the trip. Since we were 4 adults, obviously with luggage, I asked if he was sure a sedan would be big enough and was assured it would be. Upon arrival it was obvious the car was not going to handle the luggage. It had a small trunk, maybe large enough to handle 2 large suitcases. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport and parking in central parking. When I contacted the owner he argued with me about the size of the car but ultimately agreed to refunding my money. That was 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the refund. I have contacted him twice again. In my conversation with him I found him to be defensive, rude and unprofessional. Now I have to believe he is dishonorable as well. Take your money elsewhere.
