    I adopted an adult Maltese from Marilyn.
    Upon visiting her home to get my dog, I quickly noticed how clean the dog areas are, Each puppy and adult were groomed very nice,and living area kept up. Tons of beds,toys,chews,etc. available. I’ve been to other breeders in my dog loving years,I was so impressed at all of the dogs,every single one.
    Not typical of other breeders I’d seen,her dogs aren’t crated,or caged. They have large expens in her living spaces. The only exception we’re newborns,kept away from noise and activity,with calm moms.
    She happily answers questions,shows you around with the dogs as Priority One.
    Adopting an adult can be difficult at times,but I must say my girl is happy,adjusted,and extremely well socialized. She’s happy,friendly,we LOVE her so much. And so healthy. My vet was impressed as well.
    I’m grateful for Marilyn’s expertise and couldn’t be more pleased.

    All the dogs sadly live in cages stacked on top of each other in her kitchen - warning #1
    Marilyn, the owner, kept our deposit after she “forgot” to save us a puppy from two different litters. Several months went by as she said she would “get us the perfect puppy”. When we called again she sounded scattered and couldn’t remember us (!) - Warning #2
    We sent her a photo of the $200 and $1,600 deposit checks she cashed. She said she wouldn’t have any available litters for awhile and that “all the people contacting her about puppies is stressing her out”. We asked for our deposit back and she kept $200 “for her time”. Horrible experience from an unorganized breeder. We waited 18 months and didn’t get a puppy.
