    This company will take your money and does not issue refunds for any reason. It doesn't matter if it's fraudulent, or if they charged you incorrectly, or if you cancel your membership at any time. They will find a way to charge you, and they DO NOT give any money back.
    They will find any way possible to avoid giving a refund. They'll offer you "free" months of the service, instead, then charge you again after that. This is exactly the type of company that doesn't care about retaining customers, because their entire business model is centered around just getting people to sign up and charging them as much as possible before they manage to cancel.
    I got a free trial through T-Mobile, and I didn't recall signing up. It could've been someone else on my plan maybe, or maybe I did and just didn't remember. Either way, I never used their service. Not even to sign in. Not ONCE. On the day I was charged ($70, at Christmas time no less) my bank even flagged it as fraudulent, because I had no history established with UpSkillist.
    I emailed, I called, I talked to someone from a call center with an incomprehensible accent who told me my refund couldn't be approved. But they'd be happy to give me some "free" months of a service I never used and didn't want. So I did some research and turns out this is a common problem among their reviewers
    I've done business with a lot of companies, and this is the first that ever said, "we already got your money. Even if you never use this service again, even if it leads to bad reviews, we're NOT giving it back."
    This Company is a bag of d****. Do not use. Do not sign up for "free." Go anywhere else.
