I found an old Nisan with 160k miles for ***** on ******** marketplace for my girlfriend who is getting her first car. All of the documents I will submit have her name on them mot mine. I took a trip to meet the person who was selling. When we got there it turned out to be a used car dealership ran by someone other than the marketplace seller, but the seller worked there as a salesman. After I looked at the car and turned it on (there were issues with the electronics on the seat as it wouldn't move forward) but apart from that it ran decent enough for a cheap car. The guy selling it was very pushy and before I knew it he had me pay for the car. He added a 300 documentation fee which was not mentioned on the original listing so the total came out to be 3800. I asked for a refund and the guy started telling me there are fees for refunds and a bunch of other stuff. In the end he promised that it wasn't a scam and that they would run a vehicle inspection and if it failed they would do a refund. I have this in writting. I didn't like this idea but I figured if it passed the inspection it would be less worry. While leaving they mentioned that they didn't even have the title and that it was getting delivered after the weekend (this sale was on Saturday 2/8). Today Tuesday 2/11 he called and told me that the inspection passed and that the title would be in tomorrow. But when I asked for a picture of the inspection, he sent a paper which very clearly showed that the vehicle failed the saftey inspection and that the car wasn't even turned on for the onboard inspection. When I went into the dealership and asked for a refund he flat out told me they never said they would refund it, and that I should just replace the parts for it to pass the inspection and take it as is. I am currently trying to get the credit card company to refund the transaction as fraud but I don't know if this will stick

I am filing a formal complaint against Savings on Wheelz (***********************************) regarding the 2016 ******* MKX I purchased on November 11, 2024, for $7,600. I used my credit card for the purchase, with the explicit understanding that the vehicle would pass inspection, as assured by the dealership.Although the vehicle was sold "as is," dealership representatives repeatedly assured me that it would pass inspection. They stated that the car only needed an oil change and new tires. When I inquired whether the vehicle could be inspected in ************* before purchase, I was told this was not possible. When I asked if I could return the vehicle if it didnt pass inspection, they reassured us that it would pass without issues.I picked up the car on November 16, 2024, the check engine light came on the very next day. After taking it to a mechanic, I was told the necessary repairs would cost approximately $5,000. Also, the car failed inspection due to emissions-related issues. These repairs, if necessary, would exceed the vehicles market value.I contacted the dealership owner immediately, but he refused to assist. After I provided the repair estimate, he dismissed it as overpriced and offered the contact information for his own mechanic, stating he would not cover any repair costs or honor the assurances made during the sale.I am concerned that this may involve misrepresentation and possibly tampering with the vehicles gauges, as the check engine light only appeared after the purchase. I later discovered numerous negative reviews about this dealership, with many customers citing similar issues and some pursuing legal action for misrepresentation and unfair business practices.I request that the dealership be held accountable for its express warranty regarding the vehicles condition and passing inspection, despite the "as is" sale. This situation appears to violate consumer protection laws and constitutes an unfair business practice.

They won't refund me my money back.
Savings on Wheels is a car dealership who will not refund me my money.I made a purchase for a car on July 18th 2003 a month later the owner told me the car was no good he will find me another one. He found me a car August 19th of 2023 a week later he sold the car. I put a down payment on this car and he still sold it. I've been asking him for my money back for 5 months now in his refusing to give me my money. I found this company on Facebook where I noticed he has multiple accounts in different names using different addresses. I'm calling him and texting him and asking them for my money back. He's telling me I have to get the money back from his employee, because I gave him the money and he doesn't have my money. Matt 603-3951491 The employee is telling me I have to go through the owner which is Ronald 781-3634344 to get the money back and he's refusing to refund me my money. I need help getting my money back. I'm a mom of five kids and I really need a car. It's getting cold out here. The money I gave them was the check from a car accident I was in with my kids and I use that to get me a new car and the car company is refusing to give me my money back. At this point I don't know what else to do and I'm tired of struggling to get around with my kids. I need help. I just want my money back. I have all my receipts and screenshots to prove that I have been robbed and scammed out of my money. I don't want a car from this untrustworthy dealership. I was scammed out of $ 3,000. I don;t understand why they are refusing to give me money back.

Today 10/31 I took the car to VIP tires to get inspected and they told me the car isn’t fix able , they told me I could’ve died .
