Our vinyl flooring installation was a nightmare, installers were disrespectful cutting inside our home and leaving nails and staples sticking up , tools on our granite counters etc . Gaps appeared on our floor and now we have a nail protruding thru . Owner told me that the house settled and its not covered. We are left with gaps in our floor and nails protruding for us to live with

We regret that your installation and follow-up service didnt live up to your expectations. It's always our goal to deliver both excellent workmanship and respectful service in every customers home. When we installed your floor in ************************************************************** the morning of day two of the installation. Being an active multi-day construction project, we couldnt complete everything in one day. Extra layer of rip up and prep was also needed on the job and completed at no charge in lieu of the concern about the state of the installation left. In 2022 we went out to your home and serviced the gap issue. In March of this year when you called in about a nail protruding in a spot, we went out to your home to inspect. The flooring we installed was a floating luxury vinyl and no nails were used in the installation of the planks. The nail protruding in one board was coming from the subfloor of your home. We recognize your concerns about the state of your flooring and the warranty. While some problems may arise from causes outside our controllike structural movementwe make every effort to approach these matters with transparency and fairness.
