    HEF Remodeling is a terrible company, and *************************** is a horrible contractor and his work is abysmal. I hired him to do the roof on the mobile home I just purchased - it needed the entire roof replaced down to the plywood. He said he could do so and agreed to do the job. It is a small property yet he took over 3 weeks to complete the job. One day, he removed all the plywood from one side of the house. He then left for a few hours and covered my roof with a tarp! It rained that night and ruined my ceilings. My roof was not leaking before he was here, but it has not stopped leaking since he did work. I have extensive water damage, every time it rains more water enters the house. I need to have ceilings replaced in multiple rooms. I had an actual roofing contractor look at my roof and he said the work was so bad it would be better to replace the entire thing! Now I have to pay for a replacement, and I'm already out $11,266.68 because that's what I paid him in the first place. Everything from the way he laid the shingles down, to the plywood he used, to the nail placement of the shingles was done wrong. In addition, he used flex seal to seal the skylights and and stove pipes I have protruding from my roof. It would be better for everyone if his business was shut down.
