My husband and I purchased a 2020 ***** pilot and it has had several issues, and we were scheduled for a state inspection and reached out multiple times about the car radio being broken from the start. When I arrived to my appointment for inspection the business was closedBusiness Response

Hello, my name is *********************. I made a car purchase from Key Automotive Nashua Used Car Dealership in September of 2023 (9/15/2023) and my father told me there was something up with the fine print. I put $500 down on a vehicle I was told had a co-signer which was my cousin serenity ******. Turns out after reviewing documents I do not have a co-signer but they ran her credit and informed me that they put her down as one. I was falsely informed about what I was signing and found out that I signed a loan of $14,874 with an interest rate of ***** APR. By the time I finish paying off the vehicle Ill be paying $26,436 for a 60 month payment plan.Business Response

Good Morning,
Please provide further information. Upon signing all loan documentation there is full disclosure on all contracts with buyer name, any co-signer or lack there of, as well as rate, terms, and total cost and interest paid. If the loan has funded, you would have signed all of those in agreeance with the terms. All auto loans are able to be re-financed with no prepayment penalty. If you have a suitable co-signer we could help to point you in the right direction.
thank you,
John

On 4/27/2022 I went to Nashua Used Car Superstore to purchase a vehicle. I liked a 2007 Honda Civic with 80,000 miles on it. The car failed a State Inspection on site by one of the techs. The reason given was for a rust issue under the car. On 5/2/22 I was assured that the car was good and passed a NH State Inspection on site by a tech of Nashua Used Car Superstore. I purchased the vehicle for $10,171. Since then I had to take the Civic to ***** ****** ******* on 3 different occasions for rust damage to the exhaust pipe. When I took the Civic on July 22 2023 for a State Inspection at Nashua Used Car Superstore the tech failed it for rust damage on the rail frame and cited incomplete repair. This car was fraudulently sold to me because the rust issue was never resolved. Im very upset and Jared C***** suggested that I bring the Civic in to trade for a newer vehicle. I've reached out to several body shops and they all declined to do the repair because they don't want to get into it. I found a local shop in Nashua who is willing to take a look at it on Tuesday and to let me know if it is worth repairing at all. Hopefully it can be repaired because I cant afford another car payment.Business Response

Good aftrernoon,
I will reach out to her and have it brought in for further examination and will see where the rusted areas are, and make every attempt to resolve this for her.
Usually vehicles that age are sold as is inspected only and unfortunately in New England they use salt on the roads which can create surface rust.
i will have it inspected for previous repairs to see if something had not held up,
The vehicle left safety checked to NH state code.
i will follow up with BBB once contact has been made.
Thank you

i am being reasonable in my response, this has not been back to my shop so we can address this, I,can not authorize work with out seeing it.
I have offered multiple times for her to drop off the car so we can inspect and see if the repairs we did have failed other wise I cant help her.
I make extreme efforts to do our best, but not with out seeing or touching the vehicle.
the 2007 civic was purchased as is as seen inspected only, it passed NH state inspection, she has had this vehicle almost 15 months and she has never brought it back to us .
Again Im willing to look at it but not sure anything we can do. And with out seeing it I cant authorize anything as you understand
I appreciate your effort to get this resolved

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]Mr C***** is being disingenuous. I, ******** ******** kept calling Nashua Used Car looking for help. "I don't know anyone to refer you to" is all I heard. Everything was left to me and my husband in regards to getting the car fixed. ****** **** in Merrimack took a look at the car on August 3 2023 and told me that this car never should have sold due to the rust damage under the car. They were unable to make the necessary repair. We found ******** **** in Nashua who was willing to do the work and dropped off the car on August 8 2023. We did'nt hear back from Mr. C***** until after we dropped off the car to get fixed with ******** ****. For 15 days we heard nothing from Nashua Used Car Superstore.

I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old one about 6 months ago at Nashua auto store, before signing my new loan I was assured that the vehicle I was buying was issue free and only had one cosmetic dent that they would fix before I picked up my car I agreed filled out paperwork etc . 2 weeks into having my car come to find out my clock spring needs to be replaced in my steering I needed four new tires and there was no oil in my car at all. I went back they fixed the oil issue and 2 months later my car starts running really ruff I check the oil and it’s black and gone so I got an oil change and payed out of my own pocket couple months later my car starts making really weird noise and my engine siezed at 70mph with my child in the car I contacted the dealership and they told me I have an oil burning issue and my whole engine mount needs to be replaced these cost are upward of over 1,000 dollars they told me they could possibly find me a warranty but only if the car blows up and can’t help any further I was sold this car and signed a 5 years loan under the impression it had no issues please help me the salesmen name was Kris G*****Business Response

We have been in contact with her and actually have made arrangements to pick up her vehicle at her home on Jan/24/23
she has missed multipe appointments so we could see whats going on, so we decided to make this easier we would just go get it.
Her vehicle has only been back to us 1 time since purchase ,which was Jan 12/2023 we did an oil change and asked het to come back within a few days, which unfortunatly she didnt.
We are willing to see if we can help as we would any customer but we need to physically have the vehicle on site.
Will follow up after we are able to see whats going on, she did mention she got an oil change previously at a VW dealership and then she started having issues.
thank you
