      **** was absolutely AMAZING. My wife and I couldn't be more happy on the service that we received when going to the dealership on 07/12. While browsing the lot and in hopes that we could get a reliable used car, **** approached us in the most respectful manner, he was not pushy like other sales people that we encountered at other places that discouraged us from wanting to continue looking. At first we were looking into buying as well as test drove a used vehicle. After sitting down and discussing what our options were **** came back stating that we are able to get into a BRAND NEW Toyota!!! After signing for a lease, we came in the following Monday to sign the rest of the papers to take home our NEW 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross, we were informed not only are we able to finance the car, but also dropped our monthly payments by over 200 DOLLARS!!! !**** and ******* were absolutely the kindest and most sincere people we have ever dealt with at a dealership. **** went above and beyond by communicating on each step that he took and continues taking and made our experience less stressful. We will most certainly be coming back to buy from them again in the future!! Thank you to **** and all who was involved in making my wife's dream come true and getting her into her FIRST brand new car!! This in itself deserves 10 STARS!

      They delete the majority of negative reviews. My family member left a review saying that ******** ******* made her feel uncomfortable when she met with him at the dealer. A few days later, the review was deleted. They are scammers and protect their gross, abusive employees.

      I ordered a part for them, gave them a VIN number and they sent me the wrong part I sent it back to them via *** I traced the number and saw they got the part Its been a month and no refund yet Ive emailed them a dozen times and called them several times with no answer Im upset as the part cost $195 I dont know what is going on why they not refund the money yet Theyve hung up on me twice The parts department never answered the phone I have documents if you need them for proof

      Lets start with I bought a car 2021 decent experience, that car flooded 9/11/23, after insurance was finally able to help me i figured i would go back to Toyota Nashua (we will get back to how awful it was to get a copy of a fabric contract transferred and transferred lied to how it takes over 24 hours to get a copy i was swindled into and AGAIN with my 2023 and 2024 purchases, that was my biggest mistake going back to this place. Anyway i financed a car 10/23/23 that had obvious issues i brought it back after a week and you could see they knew something was wrong. But basically made me believe it was me fast forward 3 weeks later the car breaks down. Was recalled issues ands they were going to fix it , Got the car back after a week and it broke down with in hours the "Manager" states he couldn't believe they didn't REPLACE THE ENGINE!, i am then treated as a burden they call me to tell they don't feel comfortable putting me back in the car, they assure me no negative equity and treated me awful. Right down to Keith J***** the "GM" & the regional. You can tell the ethics trickle down, was met with condescending belittling emails and worse credit and more money owed I was in the car a week that i bought 10/23/23 And that sit and i was out 4k because i went to this terrible place, M******* should be ashamed of the people he has working here but then again it is used car shop and everything you have heard about car salesman is absolutely true, i thought it was just moves nope its true. They also heckles and manipulate and threaten you about BAD google reviews . One of the worst experiences ever in an investment. They sold me a ctrap car and got mad at me that it broke down and they were the ones who told me they sold me a crap car Mike W***** actually said he is respobsle for the crappy cars that go on the lot so i would absolutely believe that 2-17 HYUNDAI is back on the lot. Believe every bad review you see they are every accurate

      Test drove a used vehicle here and took it to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. He found thousands of dollars worth of defects including oil leak of unknown origin, after-market modifications on the engine that is a danger to the engine. Engine compartment moldings missing, etc. Brought back to dealer, showed them report, with pics, from my mechanic. Used car manager told me he was sorry and they would have to wholesale the car because of findings and he would reimburse me for what I paid for the private inspection, never did, and ignoring my calls and e-mails. Now, that same car is back on the lot for sale AND they increased the selling price!

      This dealership lied and said they had a vehicle that they did not. They scheduled us for an appointment to see the truck and we drove 3 hours to get there. We were sat a salesman’s desk for over an hour before a manager came over and said that the vehicle was sent away due to recall. Not only did we have an appointment but we called in the morning to confirm. These sleezy liars got us out to their dealership by advertising a truck that they don’t have.

      Buyer beware, this is a copy of my concern sent to service manager at Toyota of Nashua. I have not yet received a call back from them.
      I recently purchased my lease from Toyota of Nashua dealership and had purchased the extended warranty and the certified pre owned package at the rack rate. Not cheap, needless to say that process was done poorly and I was in several times after to insure all was in good standing.
      I trusted your dealership and felt comfortable things were simply overlooked and would be addressed.
      Follow up service was scheduled and I expected your facility could and would do Toyota quality workmanship.
      Had 2 tires replaced spare swapped and oil change and had a coupon but was told the advertising coupon was not valid. Really? $493 in service…in at 8:44 out at 2:20, thats more than 5 1/2 hours later… not quick service and there are greasy handprints on the body…didn’t top off washer fluid… no car wash coupon… did they even change the oil filter?
      So disappointing checked the wheel torque on lug nuts 2 out of 5 on left rear were loose not even close to min 97 foot lbs for aluminum wheels. And this afternoon 5 days later I am checking the spare they put back in and discovered the hoist is broken so I can’t lower the spare, the tire wasn’t rebalanced and dust cap wasn’t put back on Schrader valve to keep debris out of valve.
      Again Buyer beware
