    Ordered approximately $60.00 worth of product late last year and only recently discovered that they are apparently out of business. Not really sure about what to do here as the money has long been taken out of my checking account and it looks as if I'll never receive product. If the company comes back to life again in some fashion I would be happy to send all the relevant detailed information about the transaction, but at the moment no satisfactory resolution seems likely.

    On October 24, 2022, I ordered a number of Scalecoat paint items from Minuteman Models. It came to over $75. A couple of weeks later, after hearing nothing from the store, I emailed them asking if they were still open. I got a defensive email back wanting to know who was saying they were closed/closing. I talked to the owner on the phone and he said he was 4-8 weeks behind on shipping but he would get to it. After awhile I forgot about it till today. Had to research my accounts to find the transaction. Now, almost 3 months later, I find they are closed and must of been taking orders with no intention of shipping.

    On March 31, 2022 I ordered paint products (Scalecoat Model paint) manufactured /distributed by this company. The amount of this order was $123.60 (including shipping) and it was paid through PayPal (Invoice ID c************49.1). I have tried to contact the company but their phone number, email, web page, and Facebook page are no longer active or in service. There have been postings on Facebook by members with the same concern and speculation that the company is no longer in business. Holy shops that have carried the product and have orders with the company have indicated that they have not received their orders. I would like to obtain a refund as no company should not charge for products until they know they can deliver them. I would like information on the status of the company. If this company has charged individuals and commercial companies for products that they are unable to deliver, I would like to know if legal action can be taken against the company and/or owner(s) and would like to be represented in such legal action.
